We can all choose how we interact with the world around us. By choosing kindness we create a nicer world to live in. I tell my girls daily that they must always be polite and kind above all else. These same principles should also apply in our professional lives and workplaces. Some companies believe greater profits justify unkindness. We disagree.

We can never know everything about anything. By being open to learning we can improve the lives of our clients, our colleagues and ourselves. With greater knowledge, we can challenge the status quo and find new ways to grow our company and each other.
