- Independent Wellbeing Champion for all employees. Preparation of *WRAP's where appropriate

- Wellbeing week - 1 weeks company maintenance should you need to take timeout to deal with a mental health issue

-Accounting Software included - Xero orQuickbooks as appropriate

- Ongoing review of existing systems to ensure they are appropriate and efficient

-Accreditation with the Good Business Charter

- Collaboration with our partners to achieve B Corp status**

- Research and review into appropriate areas to give back - donation, volunteering etc.

 

Investment

12 month contract, £650 per month, payable by monthly DD
