- Monthly management accounts with variance analysis and 1 hour Zoom meeting each month to review them

- 12 month budget and cashflow forecast

- Year end accounts

- Corporation tax return

People.

- Management of payroll and pension obligations (for up to 5 employees)

- Monthly check ins with you and your team and support to establish the right culture

- Independent Wellbeing Champion for all employees. Preparation of *WRAP's where appropriate

- Wellbeing week - 1 weeks company maintenance should you need to take timeout to deal with a mental health issue

Processes.

-Accounting Software included - Xero or Quickbooks as appropriate

- Ongoing review of existing systems to ensure they are appropriate and efficient

- An eye to the future and implementation of the systems we will need to grow and scale your business.

Investment

12 month contract, £450 per month, payable by monthly DD
